Please submit an application with your CV and contact details.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the Unit Manager and Camera SupervisorCoordinate with kit hire companiesCollaborate across departmentsManage equipment logistics, including assisting with kit loads at the base, unloading trucks on-site, and ensuring all hire equipment is returned to suppliers promptly.Execute the rigging and de-rigging of equipment in a safe, professional manner, maintaining high familiarity with various mountings, lenses, and camera models.Operate in physically challenging conditions, including working at heights, ascending towers, and performing in various weather conditions while strictly adhering to Health & Safety standards.Provide on-site technical support by troubleshooting and fault-finding equipment malfunctions in fast-paced live environments.Maintain equipment integrity by conducting routine maintenance, labelling faulty gear for repair, and ensuring all items are correctly and safely packed.Skills and QualificationsAbility to meet multiple deadlines & stay calm under pressure, particularly during a live broadcast.Awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace, both personal & for those around you.Communication skills with an ability to liaise across multiple departmentsAbility to interpret a camera plan/planning sheet & understand the requirements that come from it.Flexible attitudeLogistical planner, strategic thinkerGood team playerGood time management skills and an ability to work with tight deadlinesComputer literateFull Irish driving licenceAbility to travel both nationally & internationallyWhy join NEP?Work on some of the most exciting live events in the industryGain real-world experience with industry-leading technologyBe part of a global organisation operating in over 24 countriesDevelop your skills with opportunities to grow into more senior technical rolesJoin a passionate team that delivers excellence, every timeThe job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties to be performed by the employee.
