You must do this in a way that is accurate, timely, cost efficient and considers overall value.To join our team, you must demonstrate:· An excellent track record and significant experience in Roof Truss design· A proven ability to translate architectural drawings into viable, cost effective and quality design solutions· Commitment to value, with design for manufacture and construction key to your designs· Attention to detail, with the ability to improve and enhance software generated designs as required· Produce designs compliant with industry standards and technical regulations· Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing demands of stakeholders, often within tight deadlines.· A talent for relationship building and positive engagement· A positive 'can-do' attitudeDesirable:· Capability on the Mitek Pamir design suite· Experience with floor joist or timber frame design· Ability to mentor/train junior designers· Site measurementPackage:
