- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Participate in menu planning and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your designated section
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining environment
- Formal culinary qualification preferred
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
