With a culture of innovation and collaboration, they empower teams to deliver scalable products that shape the future of digital solutions.The RoleWe're seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical leader and influencer for our clients product development teams. This is not a people management role - instead, you'll drive architectural decisions, solve complex problems, and ensure our solutions align with business strategy.You'll work closely with principal engineers globally to maintain coherence and best practices, while mentoring and upskilling the Dublin team. This role is hands-on, focused on backend systems at scale, and requires someone comfortable thriving in a fast-moving, less structured environment.What You'll Do
  • Architect and deliver large-scale, cloud-native backend systems on AWS.
  • Influence technical decision-making across teams and products.
  • Collaborate globally with principal engineers to ensure alignment and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide engineers in Dublin, fostering technical excellence.
  • Contribute to products with millions of daily users, where performance and scalability are critical.
  • Be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a less mature environment with fewer silos.
What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years in software engineering/architecture, 4+ at senior architect/principal level.
  • Proven experience building and scaling products for large user bases.
  • Deep expertise in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS/ECS).
  • Strong backend programming skills (Java and/or Python).
  • Exposure to mobile platforms is a strong plus.
  • Experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) in regulated environments (HIPAA, GDPR) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable influencing at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset - hackathon contributor, conference speaker, or community builder.
  • Stamp 4 Visa required.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability.
  • Security, compliance, and data governance expertise.
