From our Michelin-starred dining to world-class golf, including hosting the 2027 Ryder Cup, Adare Manor is a place where excellence thrives.As we continue to grow and elevate our facilities, we are requiring a Project Manager - Refurbishment & Construction Projects to join our team on a Two-Year Fixed Term Contract.About the RoleAs a Project Manager - Refurbishment & Construction Projects, you will lead a diverse portfolio of luxury construction, refurbishment, and enhancement projects across our estate.You will be instrumental in delivering high quality fitouts and upgrades that reflect the exceptional standards of Adare Manor. Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, architects, and specialist consultants to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our signature luxury aesthetic.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end construction and refurbishment projects across multiple zones of the estate including accommodation, dining and guest experience facilities
  • Coordinate design, planning, procurement, and execution phases with architects, QS teams, and specialist contractors to deliver quality fit-outs and upgrades that reflect the exceptional standards of Adare Manor.
  • Oversee luxury fit‑outs ensuring adherence to Adare Manor's high design and craftsmanship standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, tender processes, contractor performance, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with building regulations, health & safety legislation, and internal quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates, reporting, and progress documentation to senior leadership.
  • Foster strong working relationships with cross functional teams, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experiences.
  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who You AreWe are seeking a construction project manager who is at the top of their game, who is detail driven, solutions focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional construction outcomes within a luxury hospitality environment.You will thrive in this role if you have:
  • Relevant experience managing construction and/or refurbishment projects, ideally within luxury hotels, high end residential, or premium commercial fit-outs
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong technical expertise across construction processes, building regulations, procurement, and contractor management.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the agility to balance multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to excellence, quality craftsmanship, and maintaining the Adare Manor brand standard.
