- Lead cross-functional NPD projects from initial brief to commercial launch.
- Coordinate activities across R&D, Technical, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Chair project meetings and provide structured updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and customer-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with Technical and Quality teams to support audits and maintain robust documentation and change control processes.
- Ensure accurate product specifications, HACCP reviews, allergen management, shelf-life validation, and compliant labelling.
- Maintain compliance with Irish and EU food legislation.
- Drive improvements in NPD systems, processes, and project governance.
- Monitor post-launch performance and support issue resolution.
- Contribute to innovation pipelines and long-term product strategy.
- Proven experience in an NPD or Project Management role within food manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and its application in NPD and product change management.
- Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and commercialisation.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related discipline.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Working knowledge of Irish and EU food regulations.
