- 2+ years in a consultative, client-facing role and overall 5+ years' experience in, data strategy, data governance, or related areas.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience consulting with external clients to design, implement, and support data governance frameworks, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance e.g. GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- Management consulting skillset required to liaise across internal teams e.g. strategy and transformation, data insights, operations consulting, to provide practical recommendations to clients.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
