- Promoting consistent quality assurance practices across the office and associated construction and managed service sites
- Supporting implementation of the office Quality Objectives Programme in line with the planned schedule
- Assisting with QMS inductions and core QMS document awareness training
- Driving the adoption of critical company procedures (core QMS documents)
- Performing internal audits (office & site) in accordance with the audit schedule
- Following up on audit findings to drive the resolution and close out of outstanding actions
- Supporting facilitation of audits by external parties, i.e. certification bodies, Customer, etc.
- Ensuring adequate focus is put on the planning and initiation phase of new projects
- Assisting the management team and the Dublin Office Quality Manager to identify and implement improvement initiatives
- Assisting with the development of localised procedures where required, ensuring consistency and compliance to PM Group’s QMS
- Providing timely updates as required for monthly reports / management meetings
- Facilitating the capture and transfer of lessons on projects
- Supporting the customer feedback process
- Providing advice and assistance to management and employees on compliance / QMS related queries
- Supporting the Dublin Office Quality Manager with day to day activities as needed
- Qualification in related subject (e.g. Quality Management, Business or Engineering) is preferable although not essential
- A suitable level of experience and knowledge gained in a role or function within PM Group is expected
- Excellent IT skills - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Proven problem solving ability

- Self-motived, assertive and result orientated with a positive outlook
- Strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate and manage their own time across the BU
