QHSE LeadQHSE Officer
Location: North Co. Kildare
Reports to: Service Business Director

Role Purpose
Support all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental activities across the organisation. Maintain compliance, documentation and ISO systems, and promote a strong QHSE culture across internal teams, suppliers and customer sites.Key Responsibilities
  • Implement QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
  • Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
  • Coordinate certification, customer and internal audits.
  • Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.
  • Manage incident and near-miss reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
  • Oversee emergency procedures, PPE and chemical control.
  • Support customer complaints, supplier approval and RAMS development.
  • Maintain QHSE training records and coordinate training needs.
  • Prepare QHSE performance reports for management.
  • Travel to customer sites across Ireland; occasional EU travel.
Qualifications & Experience
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) - essential
  • Tech IOSH minimum; CMIOSH desirable
  • 3+ years in a similar QHSE role
  • Lead Auditor experience
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
  • Chemical safety knowledge desirable
  • Strong IT, communication and presentation skills
  • Full clean driving licence
