- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service presentation
- Manage reservations, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
- Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar managerial role within a 4*/5* hotel or upscale restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and reporting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
