Sales Executive - Ballybofey | Full-timeAbout Mulrines:Mulrines, established in 1919, is a producer of high-quality juice and beverage products for retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers across Ireland and the UK. With over a century of experience, Mulrines employs a highly motivated workforce of more than 220 people, operating across three sites, including our headquarters in Donegal, Sion Mills, and our orchards in Kildare.About Role:We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for nurturing relationships with current and new customers, anticipating their needs, and driving sales for Mulrines. You will be a key part of the Commercial Team, with a specific focus on the foodservice and wholesale markets in Ireland and the UK. This position plays a key role in managing customer accounts, including both own-label and client-label products. Some travel within Ireland and the UK will be required.The successful candidate will provide essential sales support to ensure the smooth running of commercial operations and will play an integral role in supporting the ongoing success of Mulrines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to retain and grow business.Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.Manage customer accounts and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.Prepare presentations, proposals, and other documentation to support customer engagement.Analyse sales data and prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns, including documentation, performance tracking, and distribution of materials and samples.Liaise with internal teams regarding orders, customer requirements, and account updates.Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and resolving routine enquiries.Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and presentations for management and client meetings.Skills and Experience Required:Essential:Proven experience in a commercial sales role.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Full Driving licenseDesirable:Experience within the food and beverage industry or similar FMCG environment.Knowledge of order management and customer account coordination.Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.What we offer:Competitive Salary depending on skills and experience.Full time position, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.Friendly and supportive team environment.Long-term job stability with a respected local employer.About the role.About the companyMulrines is a fourth-generation, family-owned business with over 100 years of experience built on trust, quality, and people.Required CriteriaDesired CriteriaSkills you'll need
