- Support the Head Chef in the overall management of kitchen operations
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assist with menu development, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation
- Step into the Head Chef role in their absence
- Must have experience in Hospitality
- Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in your career
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided
- Salary: €45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
