The successful candidate will provide a range of support activities across the practice.In this role, you willProviding administrative support to architectsAct as PA to DirectorsAssist with IT queries and liaising with IT support serviceEngagement with Rapport project management systemMonitoring of e-tender websiteSupport in managing public and private tendersOrganising office events and meetingsManagement / supervision of office diariesGeneral office administration & receptionist dutiesFurther expansion of role anticipated as the practice grows.Who you are5+ years' previous administrative experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong IT knowledgeDemonstrable time management experience, ability to handle multiple tasks to a high standard and meet deadlinesEligible to work in IrelandWhat will make you stand outPrevious experience of working with construction professionals a benefit but not essential.Strong analytical and interpersonal skillsThe behaviours to embrace to help you succeedBeing bold and resilientBeing a team player who values building relationshipsAbility to work on your own initiativeApplicants must have a valid right to work in Ireland.
