- Provision of dedicated IT support to our customers.
- You will need to troubleshoot and diagnose any potential issues across a variety of hardware and systems, escalating to a senior engineer or vendor support when appropriate.
- Deliver support on issues of varying complexity across the various sites.
- Set up and maintenance of new users within the client sites.
- Partnering with the Account Manager to identify improvement projects and ensure the provision of an outstanding service.
- Understand all compliance requirements on the different customer sites.
- Be cognisant of operational security identifying changes to reduce risk along the way.
- As you will be the customers first point of contact with Nostra you must be customer focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and solution focused.
- You should be able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- 3 + Years’ Experience in an IT Engineer, IT Field Engineer, with proven experience within a Microsoft environment.
- IT skills Microsoft related e.g., Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches, access points including VLAN’s and VPN
- Azure knowledge is a bonus.
