Join us.Your ImpactAs a Cloud Application Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer at OpenText, you will enhance the availability, performance, and stability of OpenText cloud services. You will automate repetitive work, develop solutions that operate at scale, and provide real-time feedback on production systems. By collaborating closely with Agile squads, development teams, and business partners, you will help improve products and ensure a reliable experience for our customers. Your work will directly influence system stability, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction.What the Role Offers

What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong technical knowledge of Linux systems and scripting languages (shell, Perl, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and container technologies
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, as well as APM solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and work independently or collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of ITIL principles, security best practices, and application operations
