- Aim for the Highest: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers. Provide clear guidance, support professional development, and build a high-performance culture that drives measurable business impact.
- Revenue Strategy: Own agency revenue targets and build scalable plans to achieve them through expansion of existing agency partners and onboarding of new growth accounts.
- Be Candid and Clear: Set clear expectations and operational standards. Hold the team accountable while enabling them to exceed goals with the right support, frameworks, and tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Training, and broader SMB leadership to scale best practices, enhance advertiser performance, and address operational gaps.
- Champion Inclusion: Build an environment that values diverse perspectives and empowers all team members to contribute fully.
- Always Day 1: Lead by example - jump into the details when needed, support client strategy, and review campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and inform product and commercial improvements.oQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Experience directly managing agency-focused digital advertising sales teams, with proven experience developing and coaching high-performing talent.
- Demonstrated expertise operating in the METAP digital agency landscape, including an understanding of agency business models, commercial KPIs, and performance levers.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with experience translating data into strategic recommendations and optimising advertiser performance.
- Proven experience designing, improving, and scaling processes, while identifying and eliminating operational inefficiencies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and other partner teams to improve outcomes and accelerate advertiser success.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at major digital advertising platforms with exposure to high-growth agency ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry, particularly within segments such as professional services, entertainment, education, retail, and travel.
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
- Strong entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, with comfort managing change and driving continuous improvement.
