- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business Managers, Advisers, Trustees and clients.
- Support members, policy holders and Trustees through their pension saving journey.
- Help customers understand their options available depending on their individual circumstances and work history.
- Carry out policy amendments and updates to maintain the accuracy of customer records
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- You will have ideally a 1 year of experience in admin or customer support role
- You are self-motivated and positive in your approach; willing to be flexible and proactive.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel.
- Hybrid model - 2 days in the office (after initial training period)
- Dublin City Centre (close to St. Stephen's Green)
