Contract Type: PermanentBidvest Noonan is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a P2P Manager to join our Finance Shared Services team based in Swords. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, reporting to the Head of P2P, and responsible for driving operational excellence across our Purchase to Pay (P2P) function.As P2P Manager, you will lead the Procure to Pay team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, and payments. You'll be instrumental in implementing process improvements, supporting audits, and delivering high-quality KPIs to enhance the P2P cycle. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities of the P2P Manager:
  • Oversee daily operations of the P2P function, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support GL transactions and reporting, and ensure cash management targets are met.
  • Prepare and report on P2P metrics and KPIs.
  • Drive process improvements across platforms including banking and operations.
  • Manage audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Deliver effective payment solutions across group entities.
  • Promote high levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives and mentor team members.
Key Requirements of the P2P Manager:
  • BA in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a P2P role within a shared services environment.
  • Proven success in managing supplier and expense processes in a multinational setting.
  • Subject Matter Expert in end-to-end P2P processes.
  • Strong stakeholder and supplier engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Agresso is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead with initiative.
