ESG and Sustainability AnalystAbout the Job:We pride ourselves on being the contractor of choice for great clients and the workplace of choice for great people. We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable ESG and Sustainability Analyst to support the implementation and development of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This is a 9 month contract based in Dublin and will play a pivotal part in embedding sustainability into our business operations and project delivery.Responsibilities:ESG Strategy and Implementation:
  • Support the execution of ESG and sustainability programs aligned with Ardmac’s strategic goals.
  • Assist in developing and integrating ESG-related policies and practices across departments.
Sustainability Standards and Management Systems:
  • Contribute to the management of ISO-certified systems, including ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 14064 (GHG Accounting), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety).
  • Participate in maintaining and improving integrated management systems.
Carbon and Environmental Reporting:
  • Conduct or assist with carbon footprint assessments and emissions tracking.
  • Support implementation of reduction strategies in accordance with international standards like the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064.
ESG Data and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and report ESG data to ensure compliance with frameworks including CSRD/ESRS, GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
  • Assist in drafting ESG reports, disclosures, and sustainability narratives with associated KPIs.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with teams including HSE, HR, Procurement, and Operations to embed ESG objectives.
  • Help drive ESG awareness through internal and external communication campaigns.
Standards and Benchmarking:
  • Monitor developments in international ESG initiatives (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000, AA1000 series, OECD Guidelines).
  • Stay informed on sector-specific sustainability certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, ISO 50001, and EPDs (considered a plus).
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with international sustainability standards, certifications, and ESG frameworks.
  • Experience with ESG reporting and data management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex sustainability information for different audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
