Our laboratory in Dungarvan, Co Waterford is part of the world’s largest network of GMP product testing labs with over 45 facilities in 20 countries.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a friendly team and provide maternity coverage for a period of 12 months. Being the first point of contact for potential hires the ideal candidate will be warm and engaging and genuinely interested in making a good match between the person and the job.Use various channels to source candidates

Work with business partners to anticipate needs and fill positions
Manage the attraction of high potential talent.
Manage the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
Build relationships with applicants and past employees
Research talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
Develop policies and strategies for acquiring new talent

QualificationsA third level qualification in HR or a related subject is desirable.
