Data Analysis & Service CoordinatorWe are seeking a motivated and hands-on Data Analysis & Service Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Ardee, Co. Louth. This role is ideal for someone from an agriculture or farming background who enjoys a mix of practical problem-solving and structured administrative work. You will be providing support to the Service Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and performance monitoring while also assisting with reporting and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, thrive under pressure, and be able to manage multiple priorities with precision and urgency.Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Ardee, Co. Louth – Own transport needed
Salary: 35,000-45,000Key Responsibilities:

Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations including scheduling, supplier liaison, and follow-ups on pricing and service reports.
Assist with preparing invoices and ensuring accuracy of service-related documentation.
Answer incoming calls and act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers.
Compile, review, and analyse performance and costing reports.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking and monthly reporting.
Monitor and report on operational performance, providing insights to improve efficiency.
Work with the company's ERP system (Intact) to support scheduling, reporting, and data management.
Provide hands-on support in areas requiring initiative and problem-solving, not limited to administration.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in scheduling, coordinating, and data analytics
Background in agriculture, farming, or a similarly hands-on industry preferred.
Strong practical approach with the ability to balance admin duties and operational problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, analysis).
Experience with ERP systems (Intact or similar) desirable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
A proactive team player who can adapt to a busy, varied role.
