- Engaging directly with customers to understand and deliver on technical requirements
- Reviewing and improving current technologies and processes
- Supporting operations with technical problem-solving
- Preparing project documentation and managing change control
- Maintaining a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A third-level degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Practical experience in automation (Rockwell, Ignition, Siemens, OSI PI Historian, VBA are all beneficial)
- Networking knowledge (Cisco certification or VMware experience is a plus)
- Understanding of robotics and safety standards is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- A full driving licence
