We are currently looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual with 4–5 years’ experience in site engineering who is eager to develop their career while working on high-quality and diverse projects.The successful candidate will be an integral part of the site team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that works are delivered with precision, safety, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.Key Responsibilities

Carry out setting out and surveying duties in line with drawings and project requirements
Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and accuracy
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track site progress and assist in maintaining project schedules
Ensure all health and safety regulations and site procedures are followed
Maintain detailed site records, measurements, and reports
Identify and address any engineering or construction challenges on site
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget

Requirements

4–5 years’ experience in a Site Engineer position
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
Strong experience in setting out and surveying
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical details
Good problem-solving skills and clear communication ability
High level of attention to detail and a team-oriented approach
Full clean driver’s licence
Competent in engineering software and Microsoft Office
