- Can work proactively, independently and collaborate well with the wider teams
- Able to effectively troubleshoot issues and use initiative during problem solving
- A team player who can communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Be positive, friendly and approachable
- Experience with face-to-face IT support
- Customer focused and Resolution driven.
- Hardware configuration and installation
- SQL Query language
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc
- Cisco networking systems
- Windows desktop and server operating systems
