Are you passionate about Quality & Operations Assistant? We are currently seeking Quality & Operations Assistant to join our client in Dublin 4.ROLE OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good communication skill with cross functional departments and suppliers
  • Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeve to support operational activities
  • Follow and track the weekly TO-DO progress, discrepancies, assist the team to close or offset the tasks on time
  • Assist the Director of the Quality Operations Department in optimising internal processes to ensure compliance within the rep office.
  • Understand and stay updated on EU laws and regulations.
  • Support the establishment of the quality management system in alignment with ISOO9001 requirements.
*Audit & Certification Capability Platform
*Support the development of the audit and certification capability platform.
*Gain knowledge of and become familiar with ISO9001/14001/45001/22301/27001/27701 standards.
*Assist the Director of the Quality Operations Department in capability development, including organising audit and certification capability packages for each standard, summarising best practices, and monitoring changes in external laws and regulations.
*Compliance & Regulatory Integration
*Support the systematic development of compliant operations and the internalisation of external regulations within the rep office.
*Understand and stay updated on EU laws and regulations.
*Collaborate with the Country Compliance Officer to gain insights into external legal requirements.
*Assist the Director of the Quality Operations Department in optimising internal processes to ensure compliance within the rep office.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
*Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001/14001/45001/22301/27001/27701) preferred.
*Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, particularly within the EU.
  • Good English speaking, reading and writing skills, and Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Be able to take work in a fast-paced business environment and take high pressure
  • Result driven mind, strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence
  • Proficiency in MS office suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
