- In your new Sales role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- As a Regional Business Manager You will research and develop new market opportunities, identifying and capitalizing on areas for growth.
- You will be building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers will be key, alongside providing expert technical advice and guidance to support their needs.
- You will manage sales revenue collection and oversee credit control, while staying up-to-date with product legislation, industry regulations, and technical standards.
- Additional responsibilities include supporting sales administration tasks and maintaining ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Relevant Experience in Construction, or a related field, with at least +3 years
- Experience in sales, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
- Full, clean driver's licence required to support travel across the territory.
- Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
