The role of Customer Service Advisor is ideally suited to someone who
has excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and
someone who can always give exemplary service to our customers. The
position is co-funded by The Department of Rural and Community
Development, through the Community Service Programme, administered by
Pobal. The BCCC-SE clg is a Social Enterprise Company contracted
through specific SLAs (service level agreements) by Dublin City
Council to provide services in the Ballyfermot Community Civic Centre,

centre that ensure its unique status as a Community Civic Centre,
through the management, administration, and marketing of the
Ballyfermot Community Civic Centre, ensuring services and use that
