- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is advantageous.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
