Bar & Restaurant Manager - Night Shift

• Manage floor operations
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ensure team is fully trained and equipped
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
• Stock management
• Manage cash-ups, end-of-day reports and closing duties
• Enforce licensing laws and ensure safety standards are upheld

• Minimum two years' experience as Bar / Restaurant Manager within a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Confident, energetic and calm under pressure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A natural problem solver with a can-do attitude
• Familiarity with late-night operations and Dublin hospitality scene preferred
• Must be available to work evenings, Saturdays and late nights
