
Operations Manager - Ireland

- Provide ongoing operational oversight including performance management, business reviews, contract change management and issue management
- Support and contribute to Governance meetings in line with TPRM and VMO minimum standards
- Oversee relationships that sometimes span across multiple markets, areas, functions, and/or lines of business
- Determine requirements to address complex and varied business needs for overseeing complex vendors
- Research and request vendor proposals and own the development of service level agreements that meet business needs
- Own the resolution of vendor risk issues, manage the non-financial risks, and own the register of any risk and loss events associated with the business
- 2-4 years of leading or supporting key projects
- Ability to quickly gain knowledge of business functions, processes/procedures, workflow, systems, and transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior operational management experience
- Ability to manage multiple engagements/initiatives with competing demands in a continuously changing environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively across a matrix environment, balancing potentially conflicting requirements
- Existing knowledge of the Credit Life/Bancassurance and/or Group Life markets
- Polish/German language skills would be an advantage
