Role Overview Under the guidance of the Room Leader and Crèche Manager, you will: Support children's development through play, learning, and care activities Assist staff with day-to-day tasks in a dynamic crèche setting Work with children ranging from babies to preschool age Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in all areas Participate in staff meetings and training sessions Observe and document children's progress and development Help plan and implement age-appropriate activities Follow the service's policies and procedures Perform other duties as directed by the Crèche Manager Requirements A passion for working with children Willingness to learn and develop professionally Flexibility and a positive attitude Garda Vetting is required Why Join Us?
