The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is recruiting for a full time Room Service Waiter to join our professional and friendly Food & Beverage Team.This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming team you will create Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
  • Offering a friendly and efficient food and drink service to our guests
  • Having an excellent knowledge of menu items and answering guest questions to standard
  • Having an efficient understanding and working knowledge of MICROS ( training is provided)
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the workplace
Hours of work are 8 per day, early or late shifts and work days include weekdays and weekends ( up to 5 out of 7 days per week).Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job.
