The programme will give successful applicants paid employment and the opportunity to gain practical work experience of 19.5 hours per week within an Early Years Setting in conjunction with studying towards the Early Learning Care Professional award Level 5. The work experience and training will enable applicants to secure future employment opportunities within the Childcare sector. All training cost will be 100% funded through the programme.
