We are recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist service in Galway supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). This is a permanent, part-time (30 hours per week) opportunity for a CORU-registered Social Worker to join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team (MDT).You will play a key role in supporting clients through their rehabilitation journey, with a strong focus on discharge planning, housing applications, and community reintegration.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the MDT on individualised discharge plansAssist clients and families with housing applications and related supportsAdvocate for client needs within community and statutory servicesProvide emotional and practical support during transitionsRequirements:CORU registration as a Social Worker (essential)Experience in ABI, disability, or hospital/community social work (desirable)Strong communication, advocacy, and team collaboration skillsCommitment to person-centred care and rehabilitationThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding setting while maintaining a work-life balance with 30 hours per week on a permanent basis.
