Salary: €100K – €120K DOEHours: Full time 5 daysOpportunity has now arisen for a Senior QS/Commercial Manager to work with an established Civils Contractor based in Limerick, our client is expanding and requires a Commercial Manager to join the management team to assist in expanding the business further. This role will have the opportunity to progress further to Commercial Director level.
This position can also be based out of the Midlands with an office in AthloneYou will need to have and be able to:Qualification/degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
Previous experience in Main Contracting in Ireland
Familiarity with contracts and knowledge of current Construction Law
Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement.
