Job DescriptionSales Office AdministratorCows.ie is an Irish based company with over 30 years' experience specialising in providing a full solution for the supply of high-quality livestock to customers in both Ireland and the UK, across mainland Europe and many other countries throughout the globe.Due to our continued growth at cows.ie and further expansion of our team, we are now looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator. This is an office-based role and would suit a motivated self-starter who enjoys a varied and challenging job role and is looking to progress.Working closely alongside our strong sales & accounts team and you will be reporting directly to the company's Directors and General Manager.Office Responsibilities:Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.Maintain and continually upgrade and enhance office administration services and procedures.Ensure that the CRM system is updated and fully utilized.Liaising with our French and North Africa customers.Assist in editing and uploading photos and videos to company website and social mediaBecoming proficient with Bright Software and AIM systems and generation of sales and purchase documentation in order to be able to provide support in these areas as and when required.Supports Accounts and Sales team at peak periods.Adhoc duties as requiredDesirable Experience:Experience required for this role:A well organised approach to tasks and strong record keeping skills.Very good administration and communication skills.Languages: English FrenchAbility to multi - task and prioritise and to work towards deadlines.Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines.Computer literate and proficient with all Microsoft Office software. Training will be given in all other software.Work Hours & Renumeration Package:
