Duration: PermanentThe Role: In this role, no two days will be the same. You will be trusted with a wide range of responsibilities spanning administration, finance support, project coordination, and confidential communications. You'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of business operations, from managing day-to-day priorities to supporting strategic initiatives and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CEO and CFO on a range of business and personal matters, including meeting preparation, document drafting, and confidential correspondence.
- Operational Support: Handle ad hoc queries, manage filing systems, and carry out occasional errands or tasks as required.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate invoice and payment records, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare documentation for tax returns.
- Property Management: Coordinate property maintenance, liaise with tenants and contractors, and support related administration.
- Data & Reporting: Manage key data streams and performance metrics across ongoing projects.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
- Other ad hoc duties and errands as required by the CEO & CFO from time to time.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Bookkeeper, ideally supporting senior executives.
- Strong financial acumen, comfortable with bank reconciliations, invoice management, and preparing information for tax filings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanour.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern administrative tools.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with calm efficiency and deal effectively with queries from diverse stakeholders.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
