We are currently seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our client Organisation in the North Dublin/Meath region. This role will be based out of Swords, North Dublin and will involve some travel across the North Dublin/Meath region as required.DescriptionDue to organisation expansion, this role arises for a Qualified Clinical Psychologist. This person will join a progressive and multidisciplinary team. You will deliver Psychology services to individuals across the Fingal & Meath areas.Salary Scale: €53,021 - €90,771 (Depending on Experience)Hours: 37 hoursReporting to: Clinical Services ManagerThe successful candidate must possess the following:
  • Hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in clinical or counselling psychology that is recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland, and validated by the Department of Health and Children.
  • A keen interest in progressing disability services.
  • Full, clean, manual driving license.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills, competencies and knowledge:

  • An awareness of current professional issues.
  • A clear understanding of professional ethics.
  • Knowledge of research methods.

  • An ability to apply knowledge from best practice.
  • An ability to plan and deliver support in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person-centred planning.
  • An ability to effectively evaluate information and make appropriate decisions.
  • Display effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, carers, etc.
  • Effective team working.
  • Adaptable to change and commitment to continuing professional development.
