Chef de Partie - Full-Time | Long-Term Role with Accommodation Location: County Mayo, Ireland Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Employment Salary and Benefits Pay: €18.00 per hour (gross) Tips/Gratuities: Shared among staff Accommodation: Private room in a shared staff house €100 per week + €20 utilities (total €120/week) All bills included (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi) About the Role & Location This opportunity is based in one of Ireland's most scenic coastal regions, close to the vibrant town of Westport and along the world-famous Wild Atlantic Way. The area offers a unique combination of natural beauty, peaceful lifestyle, and a strong local food culture. You will be joining a well-established, family-run hospitality venue known for warm service and high-quality dishes prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen team is professional, supportive, and focused on consistency and standards. We are now seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team full-time, offering stability, strong working conditions, and an excellent long-term opportunity in Ireland.
