Brilliant opportunity for an experienced finance manager to join an Irish headquartered industry leading group in Dublin west.Reporting to the Head of Group Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for supporting group and entity reporting to understand their financial performance and obligations, while supporting and challenging them in equal measureKey Responsibilities

Partner with entity finance managers to support consistency, accuracy and timeliness in month-end closing.
Assist the head of financial reporting with group accounting and intercompany transactions
Provide financial expertise, insights, and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Act as a liaison between the Group Finance reporting and commercial finance teams
Lead the month-end accounts preparation and provide analysis, and informative commentary.
Liaise with external auditors
Involved in budgeting, forecasting, cashflow & treasury management
Identify and implement process improvements across the wider finance teams and challenge current ways of working, drive efficiencies and cost savings where possible
Lead, mentor, and guide finance team.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Demonstrated strategic financial acumen and analytical mindset.
Ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
Commercial awareness with the ability to provide financial insights to drive business growth.
