- Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and winning new business in your territory.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, providing expert product advice and after-sales support.
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and host training events.
- Track sales activities and customer data using CRM tools to inform strategy.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Ireland Sales Manager and wider UK Commercial Team.
- Occasionally to the UK and Italy for training and collaboration.
- Proven Field Sales experience in the construction and or building materials sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous role while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital reporting tools.
