- Demonstrate personal cleanliness.
- Manage stock areas with good stock rotation and organisation.
- Follow Food Safety Policy.
- Follow Health & Safety policy and Safe Working Practices to maintain a safe place to work.
- To wash, polish and circulate all crockery, cutlery and any other working equipment needed.
- To clean and maintain the machinery in the plate wash area.
- Keep back of house and kitchens clean according to cleaning specifications and the Hygiene Plan.
- Assist chefs when required in kitchen duties.
- To achieve established Standards of Service at all times.
- Passion, energy, enthusiasm.
- A real understanding of hotel operation.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
- A structured and organized approach to work planning.
- A flexible approach and be available to work shifts.
