Functions Support integration between ERP and POS systems Troubleshoot inventory-related hardware and software issues Configure and maintain label printers, barcode scanners, and RFID devices Monitor and validate data accuracy between sales and stock systems Conduct digital stock audits, variance analysis, and reporting Provide technical assistance to store teams for inventory systems Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues and optimize processes Maintain documentation of inventory workflows and system updates Participate in rollout of new inventory or ERP tools across branches Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, supply chain, or related field ERP or inventory management system training desirable Networking or technical certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA) an advantage Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP and POS systems integration Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting (printers, scanners, RFID) Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, OSI model) Familiarity with stock reconciliation processes Experience Previous experience in retail inventory handling/systems support Exposure to data validation, reporting, and process optimization Experience liaising with vendors or external service providers Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Effective communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work under time pressure in operational environments
