- Collaborate with our Kitchen and Front of House teams to integrate foraged ingredients into our menu.
- Forage independently and responsibly for a diverse range of wild foods.
- Educate staff on the use and benefits of wild ingredients in our dishes.
- Assist in the preservation and storage of foraged items using traditional methods.
- Ensure all foraged foods comply with health and safety regulations.
- Strong understanding of wild herbs, leaves, roots, fungi, nuts, and berries.
- Previous experience in foraging or related fields is preferred.
- Training in culinary arts is a plus.
- Knowledge of traditional preservation methods is beneficial.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sustainable practices and local sourcing.
