MeathSalary: €70-80K DOEJob Ref: S011357Benefits:Company carCompany eventsOn-site parkingSchedule:8-hour shiftSupplemental pay types:Bonus pay.Performance bonus.Commission pay.Role Overview:Our client is now seeking a Commercial Sales Roofing Manager to join their team.The Commercial Sales Roofing Manager will lead efforts to expand commercial client base and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation.Role Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing market.Cultivate and maintain relationships with architects, developers, property managers, and other industry professionals.Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.Skill and Experience Required:Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales.Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.For more information please send your CV to Bernice Brennan in confidence through the link.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
