- Source and engage top talent using CRM, LinkedIn, AI-powered search tools, and LSC's marketing platforms.
- Screen candidates for suitability and manage the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines across pharma, biotech, and med device roles.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet client needs and submission timelines
- Ensure vacancies are accurately advertised and actively managed
- Support marketing efforts to grow candidate networks across platforms
- Deliver recruitment solutions that align with both client goals and candidate aspirations
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients
- Relationship-Driven: You build trust and rapport with candidates and clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing platforms.
- Data-Informed: Able to interpret recruitment metrics and use insights to improve strategy.
- Content-Aware: Understands the importance of employer branding and candidate experience.
- Strategic Thinker: Anticipates hiring needs and builds proactive talent pipelines.
- Collaborative: Works well across teams and adapts to evolving business needs.
- 3rd level qualification in Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology
- 1 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Recruitment would be preferable.
- Strong interest in the Life Sciences industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
