- Review travel, expense and other cost data on a monthly basis to identify items subject to BIK
- Work with Finance and IT teams to design, test and implement system enhancements to improve and streamline BIK processes;
- Support Irish and UK tax compliance obligations, including PAYE Settlement Agreements;
- Act as tax support on Finance- or Tax-led projects, including systems and process improvements;
- Liaise with HR and Finance in relation to US and UK secondments, ensuring PAYE and social security requirements are addressed and payroll transitions are managed correctly;
- Review invoicing to confirm correct jurisdictional treatment and required details, and provide guidance to billing teams on UK invoicing requirements;
- Prepare and reconcile the UK VAT return on a quarterly basis.
- Is a qualified tax professional and/or accountant with a minimum of 3 years' PQE;
- Has strong IT capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience supporting system implementations;
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation ability;
- Has a solid understanding of tax compliance, particularly PAYE obligations;
- Is well organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently;
- Is self-motivated with a strong focus on continuous improvement and best practice;
- Has experience working in a large corporate or professional services environment;
- Brings a positive, engaged attitude and a strong work ethic.
