- Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for various projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Conduct detailed engineering analyses and review designs to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Review project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges during all stages of design and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on complex projects.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
