In Barden we are excited to be working on this Tax Manager role which has recently been created in a leading manufacturing company. This role is all about impact, partnering with teams across Europe, the US, and Asia to navigate corporate tax matters, drive compliance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.About the roleAs International Tax Manager, you'll be a key player in the finance organisation, working closely with senior leadership on a range of tax-related responsibilities. From corporate income and indirect tax compliance to transfer pricing and tax technology innovations, this role is built for someone who thrives in a dynamic, global environment.Responsibilities

Responsible for transfer pricing documentation and compliance for EMEA & APAC
Taking ownership for completion of quarterly and year-end tax accounting computations
Leading direct tax compliance and supporting indirect tax compliance
Advising on tax implications of special projects, including tax planning, M&A, and corporate initiatives
Supporting and managing tax audits in relevant jurisdictions

About youIdeally the Tax Manager will be a qualified Accountant (ACA or similar) and Tax Consultant (CTA or CTC) with approx. 5 years of experience in a large accounting firm or multinational organisation.
