- Prepare and serve all types of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
- Keep the coffee station and café area clean and organised.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a positive experience for every guest.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy café or catering environment is desirable.
- Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (Excel Recruitment can provide full training).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques and latte art.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
